SOULSTICE
ACCESS • EDUCATION • ADVOCACY
Soulstice is a youth-led initiative working to make menstrual products, reliable information, and supportive conversations more accessible in schools and communities.
Menstrual equity means having the products, information, and support needed to manage a period with dignity.
OUR MISSION
We believe no student should feel excluded, embarrassed, or unprepared because of menstruation. Soulstice brings students and community partners together around practical, measurable action.
Make period care easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to talk about.
WHAT WE DO
Soulstice combines direct support, education, and youth advocacy so communities can address menstrual inequity in ways that are practical and sustainable.
Organize product drives, assemble period-care supplies, and connect donations with schools and community partners.
Create clear, age-appropriate resources that make menstrual health easier to understand and talk about.
Equip young people to reduce stigma, listen to local needs, and advocate for sustainable access.
Student-led collection campaigns that turn local generosity into practical period-care support.
Work with schools and community organizations to understand needs and distribute responsibly.
Share stigma-free resources and conversations designed to increase knowledge and confidence.
Give students opportunities to lead projects, grow outreach, and help shape future Soulstice programs.
OUR IMPACT
As Soulstice programs grow, verified results will be published here. We plan to track products distributed, people reached, partnerships, volunteer participation, and educational outcomes.
Real program numbers will replace launch metrics as Soulstice collects verified data.
OUR TEAM
Soulstice is being built by students who believe young people can identify needs, mobilize their communities, and create change that can be measured and sustained.
